How to prepare for an adventure?

Physical Training 

If you are planning an adventure then I would say that physical fitness is crucial, for any type of outdoor movement. You need to have greater control over your body and to obtain this control you need to have good physical fitness. 

The reason for putting this point on the top is that if you’re not fit you are simply not ready for any type of adventure. 

Well before, I tell you what exercise to perform I would like to let you know something that checking your BMI ( Body mass index) before planning an adventure is important 

If your BMI is not normal I would suggest you improve it, yes I know that your journey can be long but it’s not impossible you can take medical assistance and even you can consult with a doctor if required.

What exercises shall I do to stay fit?

Well, when it comes to performing exercise then I would say that there are plenty of exercises you can do to get fit for an adventure, you must do strength training and cardiovascular training to have greater control over your body, but make sure you are having a good diet and also ensure that you make a balance between these two activities. Eat healthy, and stay hydrated.

 Mindset 

I am asked quite often what are the best tools for adventure, I would say that the most important tools you can have for adventure are a well-stocked brain and a tough mindset. For any kind of adventure, a tough mindset is required because when you are on an adventure things may not go very pleasingly and sometimes you may get to see the worst so you have to deal with the situation. It becomes difficult to cope and survive.

Pushing your limits to higher levels is something you can rehearse to develop a tough mindset. If you are in the habit of running 5km every day then try running 7km the next morning. developing a tough mindset on the first day is not possible but  It can be done if practised, and push your limits regularly and one day it will slowly develop.

Endure hardships, because nature may look beautiful but it’s brutal so you gotta be tough.

What would you do if faced with the direst circumstances in your life? 

This is the question that you must ask yourself every day because this will eventually help you to bring things in order when you are in chaos, to have control over your situation you must first accept the situation and then act because when you act you will begin to feel in control of it, control leads to hope and positivity and this positivity leads to a calm and stable mind and once you have this you can start planning things practically.
